All deposits to xp789 Accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xp789 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the name of the verified Account holder — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
xp789 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are separate from xp789 and are the Member's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawal requests at xp789 are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. xp789 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within three to five minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the receiving institution.
xp789 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where AML monitoring flags require review. Withdrawal requests submitted for amounts greater than the Member's verified Real Money Balance will be declined automatically.
An xp789 Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. xp789 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of PKR 200 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance, following notification to the registered email address or mobile number. Dormant account Members may reactivate their Account by completing a successful xp789 Login.
xp789 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, casino cashback, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which shall supplement and take precedence over this general clause where there is any conflict.

xp789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where xp789 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, xp789 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.
A Member may close their xp789 Account at any time by contacting xp789 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining (net of any applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to the Member via the verified payment method on record. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp789 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — that is not resolved through xp789's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless the applicable regulatory framework provides for an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
The English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version in the event of any conflict with a translation.
